Madison Medical Construction is a full-service medical center contractor located in California. We specialize in medical facility construction and design.
CONSTRUCTION BID
If you have architectural plans for a new project, we will provide you with a thorough proposal along with a list of areas we have identified as issues of concern or potential savings with value engineering.
PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE
If you have a clear idea of what you need and you have a sketch or a space plan of the project, we will provide you with a preliminary budget to help you evaluate your options and move forward.
SPACE PLANNING DESIGN
If you know what you need, but are not sure how it will come together, we will provide you with a preliminary space plan along with a complete budget to help you evaluate your options and move forward. This is the first step towards complete construction drawings.
DESIGN-BUILD
If you are ready to proceed we can provide complete construction drawings and documents, obtaining all permits and see your project through from cradle to completion. This gives you the most control over the budget and design. This streamlined approach has gained a lot of popularity in the last several years and continues to be a way to save significant time and money on your overall project.
LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS
We can aid you in obtaining all required licensing and certification, by providing consultations for Medicare, AAAASF, AAAHC, JCAHO, etc.
